We meet at the Devotion Elementary School (345 Harvard Street in Brookline) and our Sunday schedule is as follows: 9:30am – Service with Children’s Ministry (Kidsrock!) 10:45am – Soulfood
Sunday service at Highrock is about bringing honest and passionate worship to God. The highlight of each week, it is a place to rejoice, revive, and rest. It is a place of community, where we worship, serve, eat, and laugh together. It is a place where messy and broken people come to encounter a loving God who desires to heal and transform. It is a place where we find strength in following Christ. We worship in a variety of ways, through songs, stories, and sermons. We value relevance, while adhering to centuries-old Christian traditions, and incorporate both ancient and contemporary elements in our worship. We also celebrate Communion together regularly. Our Highrock Children's Ministry (called KidsRock!) is offered during our worship service for those with young ones so please come as you are, bring your friends and family, and join us for worship! As a part of our service we also worship through eating together! Almost every Sunday we gather for Soulfood, a time when we come together and for a shared meal at a shared table. We call it Soulfood because we believe that eating together nourishes not only our bodies, but our whole being, as we enjoy fellowship with one another. It is a great opportunity to make connections and meet new people…and it’s free! One of our chief desires is to be a community that welcomes. So whatever your background, or wherever you are in your faith journey, we hope you will find a home at Highrock. If you are new to Highrock or would like to find out more about us, we have a time set aside for you immediately following each service where you will meet a member of our staff as well as other Highrockers. We invite you to come as you are and be our guest. For more information, please email Pastor Josh at joshua@highrockbrookline.org.
